Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any programme.
The PlantarFasciaFix™ Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The PlantarFasciaFix™, The RecoveryHub™, the GoldilocksZone™ Tracker, and any related digital products, educational resources, exercise programmes, support materials, community areas, downloads, videos, tools, or services provided by Azzurro Training Products Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Programme Overview
The PlantarFasciaFix™ is an educational and exercise-based programme created by Azzurro Training Products Ltd. It may include:
- The Explanation – a free educational resource designed to help participants understand plantar fascia pain, plantar fasciopathy, and common reasons symptoms may persist;
- The Fix – a structured, rehabilitation plan designed to provide step-by-step education and exercise guidance based on evidence-informed physiotherapy principles;
- The RecoveryHub™ – a community or membership area where educational content, support, updates, or group discussion may be provided;
- The GoldilocksZone™ Tracker – a tracking tool, which may be provided as a Google Sheets version, Apple/Android app version, or other format, designed to help you monitor symptoms, activity, load, and progress.
The programme is intended for adults experiencing symptoms consistent with plantar fasciopathy, plantar fascia pain, or “plantar fasciitis”, ideally after receiving a confirmed diagnosis from a suitably qualified healthcare provider, such as a GP, physiotherapist, sports doctor, or podiatrist.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, downloading, or using any part of The PlantarFasciaFix™, The Fix, The RecoveryHub™, The Explanation, the GoldilocksZone™ Tracker, or any related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the programme or related materials.
3. Important Medical Disclaimer
By accessing or using The PlantarFasciaFix™ or any related resources, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The programme is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
- The programme does not replace an individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, or in-person consultation with a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
- By engaging in the programme, you confirm that you have received a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, plantar fasciopathy, or plantar fascia pain from a suitably qualified healthcare professional, and that you are not aware of any other pre-existing medical condition, injury, diagnosis, surgery, medication, or health concern that would make participation in the programme unsafe, inappropriate, or in conflict with advice from your own healthcare professional.
- Unless you have separately booked and attended a 1:1 consultation with us, your use of the programme does not create a physiotherapist-patient relationship between you and Azzurro Training Products Ltd, Matt Anstey, Azzurro Physiotherapy, or any associated clinician.
- If you book a separate 1:1 consultation with Matt Anstey or an associated clinician, that consultation will be subject to the relevant Azzurro Physiotherapy policies, privacy policy, clinical terms, and consultation terms. These can be found here: Azzurro Physiotherapy Privacy Policy and Azzurro Physiotherapy Terms & Conditions.
- The exercises, education, videos, tools, trackers, and guidance are not tailored to every individual medical condition, injury history, medication, diagnosis, or personal circumstance.
- We aim to ensure that the educational content is accurate, clear, and evidence-informed at the time of publication, but research, clinical guidance, and individual best practice may change over time.
- You remain responsible for deciding whether the programme is suitable for you and for seeking professional advice where required.
The programme is designed for people with symptoms consistent with plantar fasciopathy. It may not be suitable if your symptoms are caused by another condition, such as a stress fracture, nerve entrapment, inflammatory arthritis, infection, vascular problem, tendon rupture, referred pain, or another medical issue.
If you are unsure of your diagnosis, have not been assessed by a qualified healthcare professional, or have symptoms that do not clearly match plantar fasciopathy, you should seek assessment from a GP, physiotherapist, podiatrist, sports doctor, or other registered healthcare professional before starting or continuing the programme.
4. When to Stop and Seek Medical Advice
You must stop the programme and seek appropriate medical or clinical advice if you experience:
- Worsening pain that does not settle with appropriate rest or modification;
- New, severe, unusual, or unexplained symptoms;
- Significant swelling, redness, heat, bruising, deformity, or inability to weight-bear;
- Numbness, pins and needles, weakness, altered sensation, or symptoms spreading into other areas;
- Night pain, pain at rest, fever, unexplained weight loss, or feeling generally unwell;
- Calf pain, calf swelling, chest pain, shortness of breath, or symptoms that could indicate a circulatory or urgent medical problem;
- Any pain beyond mild, expected, and short-lived exercise discomfort.
The programme includes guidance, warnings, progression advice, exercise demonstrations, and use of a Pain Scale to help you make sensible decisions about exercise intensity, symptom response, and when to progress, hold back, modify, pause, or reduce activity. The exercises are not intended to cause significant pain, and you should not push through symptoms that feel sharp, severe, unusual, worsening, or concerning. Ultimately, you should listen to your body and seek professional advice if your symptoms do not feel appropriate for the stage of exercise you are completing.
If symptoms feel urgent, severe, rapidly worsening, or concerning, you should seek urgent medical advice through the appropriate local healthcare route, such as NHS 111, your GP, urgent care, or emergency services.
5. Exercise Risk and Personal Responsibility
Exercise and rehabilitation involve some inherent risk. By participating in the programme, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for exercising within your own ability, tolerance, and environment;
- You should follow the instructions, demonstrations, progression guidance, and modification advice provided within the programme;
- You should only progress exercises when your symptoms, pain response, confidence, and overall tolerance suggest it is appropriate to do so;
- You should hold back, regress, modify, pause, or stop exercises if your body is telling you that the current level is not appropriate;
- You should modify, pause, or stop exercises if they feel inappropriate, unsafe, unusually painful, or significantly beyond your current capacity;
- You are responsible for ensuring that your exercise space, footwear, equipment, and surroundings are safe;
- You should not continue through significant pain, dizziness, faintness, chest pain, breathlessness, neurological symptoms, or any other concerning symptoms;
- You are responsible for seeking medical clearance if you have any relevant medical condition, injury, surgery, pregnancy-related concern, balance issue, cardiovascular condition, neurological condition, or other factor that could affect your ability to exercise safely.
We provide educational guidance, clear exercise instructions, suggested progressions, warnings, modification advice, and a Pain Scale to help you monitor your response and avoid excessive loading. This is designed to help you understand when to progress, when to hold back, and when to listen to your body rather than pushing through symptoms.
However, this guidance is general and cannot account for every individual medical history, diagnosis, environment, or symptom response. You are responsible for using the Pain Scale honestly, following the modification guidance, and stopping or reducing activity where your symptoms suggest that the exercise or progression is not currently appropriate for you.
Any guidance within the programme around pain, symptoms, progression, activity levels, or load management is general guidance only and should not override advice from your own healthcare professional.
6. 1:1 Consultations and Support
From time to time, we may offer optional 1:1 consultations, video calls, support messages, community replies, or programme guidance. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- General support, community replies, emails, comments, and messages are educational in nature and are not a substitute for a full clinical assessment;
- We may recommend that you seek local in-person assessment where your symptoms, history, or progress suggest this would be appropriate;
- Any 1:1 consultation is limited by the information you provide, the remote nature of the consultation, and the absence of hands-on physical examination unless otherwise arranged;
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting guidance or support.
Where a separate 1:1 consultation is booked through the website, that consultation is separate from your general use of The PlantarFasciaFix™ digital programme and is subject to the relevant Azzurro Physiotherapy Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to decline to provide individual guidance where we believe your symptoms require urgent, specialist, or in-person medical assessment.
7. GoldilocksZone™ Tracker
The GoldilocksZone™ Tracker is designed to help you reflect on and monitor your own symptoms, activity, exercise completion, and progress. It may be provided through a Google Sheets version, Apple/Android app version, or other format.
- The tracker is an educational self-monitoring tool and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
- The tracker does not replace clinical judgement, individual assessment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
- Information entered into the tracker is intended to be stored locally on your own device, within your own copy of the Google Sheet, or within the app environment available to you.
- We do not automatically receive, monitor, review, or access the information you enter into the tracker.
- If you choose to export, screenshot, copy, send, or otherwise share tracker information with us, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
- You are responsible for deciding what information you share and for removing or anonymising any information you do not want us to receive.
If you send tracker information to us for review, we will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you remain responsible for the decision to share that information and for ensuring that any information you send is accurate, relevant, and appropriate for the support you are requesting.
8. Results and Outcomes
Individual results vary. While The PlantarFasciaFix™ is built on published research, clinical reasoning, and physiotherapy experience, outcomes depend on many factors, including:
- Your diagnosis and underlying cause of symptoms;
- Your adherence to the programme;
- Your activity levels, work demands, footwear, sleep, stress, and recovery;
- Your general health, medical history, medication, injury history, and individual tissue tolerance;
- Whether you follow appropriate load management and progression guidance.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve a particular result, become pain-free, return to a specific activity, avoid recurrence, or avoid the need for further treatment. If you have purchased The Fix, please refer to our separate FixGuarantee™, which explains the specific conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
9. Refunds, Cancellations and Digital Content Access
The Fix is a digital programme. After purchase, you may receive immediate access to digital content, videos, resources, downloads, community areas, and other programme materials.
Where you request and receive immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access to the digital content has begun, provided you have given the required consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
For The Fix, refunds are covered under our Refund Policy and FixGuarantee™. The FixGuarantee™ is separate from, and in addition to, any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
No refunds are offered for The Explanation, which is a free educational resource. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Payments, Pricing and Offers
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, payment plans, and availability may change from time to time. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
- Promotional discounts are only valid for the period stated and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before purchase.
- We are not obliged to apply a discount retrospectively after a purchase has been completed.
- If you purchase through a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, FixGuarantee™, or required by law.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
